Spicy Kangkong

I am longing to cook kangkong.I remembered when i was young that when my father don't have income for a day,he just asked our neighbor if we can have kangkong then he cooked it.We loved it and because of that since two weeks i kept thinking that i will try to cook it and for change i do it in my own version.

2 bunch of fresh kangkong
Soy sauce
2 small chili
pepper
250 gramms of fresh shrimp
Ginger
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic


Clean and cut the kangkong,it depends on how long but don't include the old branches.Saute the garlic and shallots,wait until lightly brown then add the ginger cook for minutes then add the fresh shrimps.Wait until the shrimp are half cook then add the chili and kangkong.Cooked only 3 minutes then add soy sauce and pepper..Don't over cook the kangkong...Serve hot with rice...
