SOYMILK

After i found this recipe from the book.I started making my own soy milk.This is the Soy milk recipe which i have tried. Ingredients; 2 cups fresh soy beans, water, salt to taste,.sugar to taste Procedure; soak soy beans in water for at least 6 hours.Rinse thoroughly.Grind soy beans or you can blend it with water at high speed.Extract soy bean milk by squeezing using cheese cloth.Add water to soy bean milk to make 8 cups of liquid.Cook soy milk in a kettle over medium flame.Bring to a boil,stirring occasionally.Lower fire and keep keetle uncovered.Simmer for at least an hour.Add salt and sugar to taste.Let cool.Serve hot or cold. And now you can drink and enjoy its refreshing taste.You can be sure of its quality protein and zero cholesterol.
