open to learn

I love foods.I love watching cooking shows even.But the sad reality is i'm not expert in the kitchen.I'm just so blessed to have a husband excellent in the kitchen.He would even cook several dishes.Even before we got married he knows that my kitchen expertise was frying.But i was very eager to learn slowly but surely. time to relax

So much work from the past few days and now it is time to pamper myself.I take a vacation leave from my work.Together with my friends we went to salon and spa for beautification and relaxing retreat.I also enrolled in yoga class for relief of my back pain .I need toe socks and towel for my yoga class, toesox brand was the brand in which my auntie told me because they had a complete athletic socks for yoga and you don't have to hunt for another brand.

There are three factors that contribute to constipation namely water, fiber and exercise.You must be sure to get enough of them.You must have to consume 8 ounce glasses of water each day.You need to keep it regularly and for fiber vegetables are high in fiber especially celery,brocolli and string beans.Exercise also is important,if you can not go to gym just take a brisk walk after lunch or after dinner.
